Attention: From May 1 to May 6, you will not have access to your mortgage account information, including history, balance, and payoff. Payments scheduled between May 1 and May 6 will post on or around May 7. No late fees will be incurred during this transition. On May 7, you will access a new mortgage servicing portal through a new link labeled "My Mortgage Portal" found under "My Accounts" in online banking. While the mortgage portal will look different, you will be able to make payments and manage your mortgage like you have always done.

A. Mortgage payments should be mailed to PO Box 12819, Albany, NY 12212-2819, and our phone number is 877-266-7722, option 5, then press 3.
A. Yes. Update the mailing address in any bill pay portals you use, as soon as you can. If you don’t update the address right away, the payment will be re-routed. Your mortgage loan number and your payment amount won’t change.
A. Yes. While the mortgage portal will look different, you will be able to make payments and manage your mortgage like you have always done.
A. Your mortgage will be serviced on behalf of Broadview by Homeowners Advantage, a subsidiary of Broadview. You can count on the same great service you have always enjoyed.
A. If your mortgage is currently serviced by Homeowners Advantage, between May 1 and May 6 you will not have access to view your mortgage payments and history. If you have payments scheduled, they will be posted on or around May 7. If your mortgage was originally serviced by SEFCU Mortgage Services, you will have access to your mortgage information during this time.
A. If your mortgage is currently serviced by Homeowners Advantage, and you need to change your May automatic payment that is scheduled between May 1 and May 6, please call 877-266-7722, option 5, then press 3 no later than April 28.
If your mortgage was originally serviced by SEFCU Mortgage Services, your May automatic payment will be processed as scheduled.
Future changes to your automatic payments must be communicated at least three business days prior to the scheduled payment by calling 877-266-7722, option 5, then press 3.
A. Yes. You will be able to access your eStatements through Broadview’s online banking. Starting May 1, your mortgage statements will be found within “My Mortgage Portal.” All tax documents will be in “My eStatement Portal” in online banking.
