Two-factor authentication (2FA) is an added layer of security that protects your wires and ACH payments.

Starting August 1, the 2FA app will be required for all wires and ACH transactions.

To start using the 2FA app for wire transfers and ACH transactions through your Broadview account, please follow the steps below. 

Update your account settings and enroll 

• Log into your Broadview account from a desktop computer
• Under Help & Support, go to Settings 
• Select Security, Two-Factor Authentication 
• Set 2FA APP to Enabled then Enroll 
• Scan the QR code, or enter the code manually

Submit wires or ACH transactions 

• Enter the Payee Details 
• Confirm, then Submit 
• Enter the 2FA code you receive
