About Broadview
Two leading credit unions in New York State, SEFCU and CAP COM, merged on August 1, 2022. Broadview Federal Credit Union, the combined financial service provider, serves nearly 500,000 members.
If you already bank with us, integrating our systems will be a gradual process. Select the SEFCU or CAP COM link at the top of your screen for online services and bank at any branch.
As a financial cooperative with $8 billion in assets, we have the resources to make a difference. Because we're not-for-profit, we can invest more in every account holder, employee, and our community.
As a member, the Statement of Condition is your "owner's report." Read about our financials here.

Keep Banking as Usual
While we integrate our systems over the next several months, continue banking online, at your favorite branch, or with the mobile app. Use your debit and credit cards, make deposits and withdrawals, submit loan payments, and write checks.
As always, our teams are here for you!

Questions & Answers
Credit unions are built on the concept of bringing people together for each other – and this difference is our strength. More members and deposits enable us to provide more loans at great rates. Interest generated by those loans allows us to offer affordable services and banking technologies members want. By uniting two leading credit unions, we can do more for you!
Our new name is Broadview Federal Credit Union. As we introduce the Broadview FCU name, you'll start seeing it on some of our printed materials and online channels.
Throughout the integration process, you will see 'Division of Broadview' being used online, in branches and on various printed CAP COM and SEFCU communications. We look forward to bringing the Broadview brand to life, uniting the best services from both credit unions – with the best employees around – to care for your financial needs.
You can continue using your member and account numbers and keep banking as usual. If any changes are needed in the future, rest assured that we will keep you informed well in advance and support you every step of the way.
You will experience no immediate changes in the services you use. Continue using your debit and credit cards, making deposits, submitting loan payments, and writing checks. Keep banking online or at your favorite branch, plus enjoy expanded access to perform basic transactions at any location. Integrating the two credit unions will be a gradual process over many months. Any account-related changes, including added benefits, will be gradual with lots of communication and support from our teams.
