Staying the same
Keep banking as usual through the transition and in the future. You can keep using your debit cards, credit cards, and checks.
If you have a favorite branch, staffing and services will remain the same. You’ll see the signage updated to Broadview.
Nearly all the same products will be offered, along with some added benefits. Read on for a roundup of what will stay the same.

Keep banking as usual after the transition |
CAP COM Visa® cards (debit, credit) will keep working |
CAP COM paper checks can be used for your payments |
Automatic debits and credits (ACH) will post to your account, as always |
Scheduled internal transfers to your accounts will continue as scheduled |
Scheduled external transfers to accounts elsewhere will continue as scheduled |
Direct deposits, i.e. paychecks, Social Security (ACH) will continue as scheduled |
Bill Pay payee and payment details will carry over |
Nearly all financial products will remain the same |

To support you through a smooth transition, we'll provide details here, and by mail, email, and other digital channels. Please complete two important yet simple tasks.
Receive new communications as soon as they're available. You can confirm your contact information in digital banking.
Log in and select "Data Check" (in top blue bar). If you don't see "Data Check", select "My Settings" (top of screen). In the mobile app, it's under "More." Confirm your address, phone number, and email.

In the future, you'll see all your accounts on one dashboard, including joint accounts you share. To distinguish each one, it will be helpful to nickname your accounts. See how below or watch the video. |
1. Log in to your online account(s) from a browser |
2. Click Settings above your list of accounts |
3. Nickname each account in the field at the right |
4. When finished, click Go to My Accounts |
If you don’t use online banking, we can set up your nicknames for you. Call 800‑634‑2340, contact us through our website, or visit a branch for help.
