Wire Transfers and ACH Transactions for Businesses
Activate two-factor authentication
Two-factor authentication (2FA) is an added layer of security that protects your wires and ACH payments.
A 2FA app is now required for all wires and ACH transactions.
To start using the 2FA app for wire transfers and ACH transactions through your Broadview account, please follow the steps below.
First, download an authenticator and update your account settings.
- Download a two-factor authenticator such as Google Authenticator, Authy, Duo, etc.
- Log into your Broadview account from a desktop computer or mobile app
- Desktop: Under Help & Support, go to Settings
- Mobile: Under More on the bottom right
- Select Security, Two-Factor Authentication
- Set 2FA APP to Enabled then Enroll
- Scan the QR code (desktop only), or enter the code manually (desktop and mobile).
Submit wires or ACH transactions
- Enter the Payee Details
- Confirm, then Submit
- Enter the 2FA code you receive
