Broadview Classroom Resource Portal User Agreement

Broadview collects registration and participation information to administer the Broadview Classroom Resource Portal, provide access to educational resources, communicate program-related updates, evaluate program effectiveness, and measure community impact. Broadview maintains reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information collected through the Broadview Classroom Resource Portal. Information collected through registration and participation reporting will be retained only as long as reasonably necessary to administer the program, evaluate program effectiveness, satisfy legal or regulatory obligations, and support community impact reporting. Educators should not submit personally identifiable information regarding students through the Broadview Classroom Resource Portal or in any program reporting. Broadview only requests aggregated information such as student counts, grade levels served, or other non-identifiable participation metrics.

Information will be handled in accordance with Broadview's Privacy Notice, Commitment to Privacy disclosure and applicable law. Broadview does not sell educator personal information.
